I recently attended the two days of quality development training organized by the company. In the training activities, I participated in many projects, such as encouraging people, not falling the forest, real life CS and archery competitions. Among them, the most impressive training program is: inspiring people.
The rule of the program is that each player uses a drum with many ropes attached to play tennis in the air. Each team takes as many shots as possible in 2 minutes. This is a highly collaborative project team, required the team to ensure the safety of the situation, to create as much as possible record dianqiu. Our team members through the practice exploration, the final decision by the two person to control the direction, a person responsible for the rest of the Dianqiu head balance, everyone in the team, we had the ball 197 good results.
This training program is a revelation to me: a number of common goal, our team is successful, the drum is the success of our platform, namely the company, we need to focus on our common goal, for this platform, dedicated to building blocks, so as to allow the development of our company rose to a new height. The quality development training gave me a lot of inspiration, team spirit, sense of cooperation, innovative thinking, self defeating, etc., these are the key to our work in peacetime. The quality development training left me more thinking and experience, and I hope to have more opportunities to participate in similar activities in the future.
