2024 marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, coinciding with the 20th anniversary of the company's restructuring. Over the past 20 years, we have worked together through thick and thin, shared joys and sorrows, and achieved fruitful results. To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the successful restructuring of the company, the group has carried out a series of activities, such as employee health care, various competition activities, production of corporate promotional videos, environmental improvement, and cultural performances, in order to express the voices of employees, share the collective growth process, and praise the achievements of enterprise development.
From July 18th to September 25th, the group carried out employee wellness activities in 9 batches, organizing employees to visit 6 destinations including Thailand, Xi'an, Gannan, Japan, Chengdu, and Yunnan for wellness. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the event and based on the actual situation, the group and its subsidiaries, "Love China Travel", actively explore and practice a new health and wellness model of "leisure and recuperation+happy life". This is not only the largest concentration of employees in the group's health and wellness activities over the years, but also the longest duration of the event. The 20th anniversary essay competition of the company's restructuring received a total of 70 enthusiastic submissions from employees. These articles are diverse in genre and rich in content, including narrative essays, argumentative essays, prose, modern poetry, ancient texts, etc. Each article closely follows the theme, is positive and lively, and comprehensively showcases the development achievements, construction achievements, corporate culture, municipal iron army spirit, employee life and other aspects of the company's restructuring over the past 20 years. Since the launch of the 20th anniversary photography competition for the company's restructuring, employees have captured those moving moments with their cameras, vividly interpreting the profound changes and positive impacts brought about by the company's restructuring into the group. This photography competition has collected a total of 160 photo works, which deeply reflect the deep testimony and authentic records of the group employees towards the development process of the company's restructuring over the past 20 years. The work not only reflects the spectacular scenes of major projects and constructions of the group, but also records the warm moments of employees' daily work and life; There are both group photos showcasing the corporate culture and team spirit of the group, as well as touching stories reflecting social responsibility and caring for people's livelihoods. The work has a distinct theme, rich content, and unique perspective, fully showcasing the development achievements of the company's restructuring over the past 20 years and the spiritual outlook of its employees.
The propaganda film for the 20th anniversary of the company's restructuring, "peer" shooting, has been completed in a tense and orderly manner, and is now entering the editing and post production stage. With the corporate vision of "making employees happy, owners satisfied, and the government at ease" as the core, this work, through in-depth exploration of the outstanding teams and groups "Jiangsu Pioneer Road Class", "Changzhou model worker", "May Day Labor Award winners", and the stories of employees' lives, jointly demonstrated the harmony and joy of the Changzhou Municipal Group family. These real people and events are intertwined, witnessing together the historic celebration of the 20th anniversary of the company's restructuring.
In order to enhance the image of the unit, the group actively carried out the renovation of the exterior walls and environment of the courtyard, welcoming the milestone moment of the 20th anniversary of the successful restructuring of the company with a brand new appearance. After careful planning and orderly construction, the exterior walls of the group's compound have been transformed, presenting a simple and elegant new image (as shown in the picture). At the same time, thorough cleaning of hygiene blind spots has been carried out, and the environmental hygiene situation has been significantly improved. In addition, the carport has been renovated and a lighting system has been added to the courtyard, bringing vitality to the Changzhou Municipal Group at night. The group has also made reasonable planning for the production site, further optimized the spatial layout, and injected new vitality into the vigorous development of the enterprise.
Since the group decided to launch the singing competition for the 20th anniversary of the company's restructuring, various departments and branches have applied one after another. After preliminary review, the final competition will consist of 12 solo singers and 9 choir teams, and the winners will perform at the celebration ceremony. The program being rehearsed intensively includes dance, recitation, three and a half sentences, music, poetry, and painting. At present, each rehearsal group has entered the stage of producing and optimizing the background audio and video of the program, actively preparing to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the company's successful restructuring.
