In order to encourage the further development of QC group activities, sum up achievements and exchange experience, the 2017 annual QC training meeting was held at Pearl Spring Hotel in Nanjing in March 14th. The head of the Construction Department of Jiangsu province attended the training meeting, and Yan Xueyou, President of Jiangsu Municipal Association, delivered an important speech.
Through the QC training, I understand the QC group activities as follows: after the formation of the QC group, from the beginning of the selection of topics, activities, specific procedures for the activities of the following aspects:
(1) topic selection. Starting from the concept of quality of the generalized QC group, the range of topics outlined 10 aspects: to improve the quality; reduce cost; equipment management; improve attendance, working efficiency and labor productivity; strengthening the quota management; new method; safety production; strengthen internal management; strengthen ideological and political work; improve the quality of workers.
(2) determine the target value. Determine the target value to quantify on target value, the group members have a clear direction, to facilitate inspection activities for achievement evaluation; to focus on the possibility of realizing the target value, both to prevent the target value is too low, the lack of group activities, but also to prevent the target value is set too high, for a long time not attack, the team members lose confidence.
(3) investigation status quo. In the investigation, should be based on the actual situation, the application of different QC tools (such as questionnaire, Pareto chart, line chart, histogram, histogram, control chart, pie chart, etc.) for data collection.
(4) analysis of the causes. After the investigation to grasp the status quo, it is necessary to brainstorm, select the appropriate QC tools, analysis, identify the causes of the problem.
(5) find out the main reason. After analysis of the reasons, we will arrange various reasons according to the principle of "key minority" and "secondary majority", and find out the main reasons.
(6) formulate measures. After the main reason is determined, the action plan is formulated to specify the specific measures of the problem, the purpose to be achieved, who will do, when to complete, and the inspector.
(7) implementation measures. Divide and implement according to measures. The group leader should organize the members to study the implementation on a regular or irregular basis, keep abreast of the progress of the project, discover new problems, and timely study, investigate and plan measures to achieve the goal of the activities.
(8) check the effect. Inspection is to compare measures before and after the implementation of the situation, to see whether the effect of its implementation, whether it has reached the target. If you reach the predetermined target group will be able to enter the next step; if you do not achieve the intended target, the implementation of plans to deal with the situation and feasibility analysis, find out the reasons, to be improved in second cycles.
(9) consolidating measures. In order to ensure that the results have been consolidated, the group must incorporate some effective measures or methods into the work standards, process regulations or management standards, and then incorporate them into relevant standards or documents after the relevant departments have examined and approved them.
(10) analyze the remaining problems. The group achieved certain results through activities, that is, through a PDCA cycle. At this point, you should analyze the remaining issues and move on to the new PDCA cycle as a topic for the next event.
(11) summarizing the results. The group summarizes the results of activities, is an important part of self-improvement, but also the necessary preparation for the achievement of publication, or to sum up experience, identify problems, and proceed to the beginning of the next cycle.
The above steps are the whole process of the QC group activity, reflecting a complete PDCA cycle. The QC group each achievement, can be left as the next cycle group (such as no problems, put forward the new plan), therefore QC group activities can be lasting and in-depth development, promote the progress of PDCA cycle.
Through the understanding of the activities of QC group training, hope all technical staff can voluntarily participate in the QC group activities to improve management, improve the management level, the activities of QC group become our enterprise culture.
