At 9:00 a.m. on January 22, 2022, the third general meeting of the sixth session of shareholders was successfully held in the conference room on the fourth floor of building 3 of the company (as shown in the figure). The meeting was presided over by general manager Cao Weisong. At the meeting, five topics, including the work report of the board of directors in 2021, the work report of supervisors, the dividend plan for shareholders, the report on the transfer (acceptance) of equity within the company and the draft amendment to the articles of Association, were considered and adopted by unanimous vote.
During the period, the chairman of AVI delivered a speech. With the establishment of the group company, the new organizational structure will be rearranged and the new and old handover of the management team will be gradually completed. He summarized that the company had made a major breakthrough in winning the bid in 2021, broke the record of single bid winning, steadily increased differentiated competition, and completed the expected objectives in the evaluation of construction projects. However, he also put forward some problems, such as the bottleneck of operation, the lack of credit advantage, the need for project management to keep up with business needs, and the quality of talent team to be improved. Looking forward to 2022, he pointed out that we should focus on the above issues, pool wisdom and deepen reform. We can't "seek the sword in the boat". Only by self-examination, self revolution, concerted efforts and unity, can "Changzhou municipal group" reach a new level, its career and future be brighter, and "century municipal" is not just a dream.
Finally, Zhao Xisheng, Secretary of the Party committee and honorary chairman of the company, put forward three prospects for the future of the company: first, return to the essence of the construction enterprise, inherit and carry forward the old fine tradition, summarize experience and lessons, and deepen reform and innovation, so as to develop healthily and steadily; Second, the company can operate freely, which mainly depends on the unity of upper and lower levels, the same force and the same direction, creating a united atmosphere and cherishing the good situation of unity; Third, people are the driving force of enterprise development.
