The working seminar is divided into three parts: group discussion (five groups), meeting of management leaders and centralized meeting of report and summary.
General manager Cao Weisong summarized the results of each group discussion and pointed out that the operation work should maintain the original advantages and constantly explore the market under the existing framework; Safety work is always the lifeline of the enterprise. The project manager is younger. We must pay attention to the study of safety, technology and other related majors, and actively organize the old to bring the new and accelerate the growth; For the introduction of labor services, especially the professional teams of structural engineering, in addition to the requirements of financial strength, the safety awareness should be strengthened, the construction technology should be excellent, and the details should be paid more attention to in the signing of contracts; In terms of asset finance, in addition to stabilizing the main business income, we should explore the value-added of fixed assets and the development of other innovative businesses; The economic responsibility system in 2022 will adopt a double assessment mechanism with profit rate assessment index as the main indicator and bid winning output value as the auxiliary; In terms of talent training, the meeting reached a consensus that there is a lack of talents such as excellent metrologists and safety officers, and the company will select appropriate personnel for targeted training; In terms of remuneration, especially in case of special circumstances, the reward will be discussed and decided by the board of directors; 360 assessment should improve the relevance and interview the lower ranking ones to improve their ideological understanding; In the principle of "better lack than abuse", the advantages and performance of candidates should have prominent highlights, and provide data and material support.
Chairman Ivy explained the purpose of the seminar at the centralized meeting: to recognize the situation and study countermeasures. At present, prices are rising, employment pressure is high, the stock market and property market are depressed... The general environment is poor. In the municipal industry, most of the projects with large volume are undertaken by central enterprises and state-owned enterprises, with less new projects, more competition and low profits. These grim situations form a huge contrast with the increasing fixed expenses and employee income year by year. How to develop sustainably? Is to explore countermeasures through discussion. First, we should increase revenue and reduce expenditure, tap potential, improve the bid winning rate, seek benefits from management, increase the profit margin of the project, strictly control the gross profit margin, and issue the part exceeding the profit conditionally; The second is to promote the flow of personnel. "Running water does not rot and household hinges do not bark". It is necessary to introduce internal and external competition mechanism, and allocate outstanding talents in a step-by-step manner according to the engineering quantity according to the capacity; Third, expand asset management and seek good strategies to increase asset investment income in addition to the main business.
