In quality management organizations at all levels, we provide quality management personnel who have professional theoretical knowledge and construction practice experience, are familiar with construction specifications and technical standards, and have a strong sense of responsibility to strictly control the project quality.
The project department implements the quality responsibility system and strengthens the "three inspections" system. We strictly implement the quality responsibility system. The project manager signs a quality responsibility letter with the technical director and the labor team to clarify the quality responsibilities. We strictly implement the "three inspection" system of preliminary inspection, project re inspection and final inspection by the quality and technology department. The next process can be started only after the previous process is qualified. After the "three inspection" system is qualified, we apply for supervision acceptance.
