The scope of this project covers the reconstruction of roads and pipelines in the old community of Nandajie street, which is located in Nandajie street, including Hongxing new village, scattered buildings in golden new town community and scattered buildings in Xizhi street community. The reconstruction is mainly aimed at the existing roads in the community, Tai'an road and Xizhi street. The current road reconstruction area in the community is about 9204? According to the evaluation, the reconstruction area of the existing roads of Tai'an road and Xizhi street is about 3755? According to the assessment, the reconstruction of this project includes road works, pipeline works and other ancillary works.

At the beginning of commencement, the project leader organized all members of the project department to hold several meetings to assign tasks and clarify the division of labor. In the specific implementation process of the project, we pay close attention to the management from the aspects of materials, labor team and construction process to ensure the construction quality. The project department shall set up a reception room for visitors to communicate and coordinate with the residents of the community. We have also formulated a reasonable and feasible traffic organization design scheme to ensure the convenient travel of residents. Before excavating a section of pipeline, the project department will inform the residents of the affected buildings in advance to facilitate the residents to adjust their travel plans as soon as possible; Protective measures shall be taken on the site after excavation, and guardrails, conical barrels, warning lights and warning signs shall be set up to ensure that the construction site and residents' lives do not interfere with each other as much as possible. The access of construction machinery and vehicles shall be in order, and the cement pipes and corrugated pipes shall be stacked neatly and equipped with relevant notice boards. When there are onlookers, ensure that non operating personnel keep a safe distance from the construction site, set up warning signs, protect the site, and prevent them from entering the construction site at will. All personnel of the project department shall carry out construction in strict accordance with this requirement, and the safety officer shall carry out safety inspection and supervision on site construction to prevent various potential safety hazards.
