In order to successfully complete the Luwan road project in June this year, the project department arranged the construction of rainwater pipeline and bridge pile foundation years ago. The project has been completed since the resumption of construction years later: pipeline works, 3 layers of 6% lime stabilized soil (hereinafter referred to as lime soil), bridge works, abutment, abutment cap construction and abutment back retaining wall. The project department always puts safety and quality management in the first place during construction. The following is a summary of the quality control measures taken by the project department during construction:
During the pipeline construction, the project department shall accurately set out, select experienced excavator drivers to excavate the trench, strictly control the stacking of soil on both sides of the trench to meet the specification requirements, and prohibit the operation with water on the pipeline cushion and concrete foundation, which must be implemented after the drainage is completed. We select the supplier of pipeline materials to ensure the quality of pipes. After the installation of each section of pipeline, we timely check the interface to ensure the construction quality. During trench backfilling, we will do a good job of inspection, control the backfilling thickness of each layer, and strengthen the management of the backfilling quality around the well.
In terms of lime soil construction, we actively control the quality of lime soil to meet the requirements of design specifications. During lime soil paving, we pay attention to the control of virtual paving thickness and cross slope. When rolling lime soil, we control the rolling method and times of the road roller to ensure the construction quality of lime soil. During lime soil construction, the project department shall timely pay attention to the weather changes and reasonably arrange lime soil operation. If the inspection well is within the carriageway, the construction method of steel plate covering, lime soil paving and pressure passing shall be adopted (the coordinates of the inspection well shall be collected in advance).
In terms of bridge engineering construction, we carefully check the design drawings, especially each dimension. We must see whether it is an oblique dimension or an orthogonal dimension. We use the total station to carry out site setting out and be meticulous. After setting out of each part, we use another method for recheck. For example, if the four corners of the abutment are set out according to the coordinates, the length of the four sides can be measured with a tape measure and rechecked against the drawings, so as to check whether the coordinate setting out is accurate. During construction, the reinforcement shall be bound firmly, the formwork size shall be rechecked in place, and the elevation shall be retested accurately. Special attention shall be paid to each embedded part to ensure that the position is accurate without omission. In the process of concrete pouring, we should ensure that the vibration is comprehensive, especially the edge and corner vibration should be in place, and the maintenance work should be done well after pouring. |
