On October 27th, a fifth expert group consisting of Jiang Min, the former deputy head of Shanghai Construction Engineering Safety and Quality Supervision Station, Gao Rui of Jinan Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd., Song Bihong of Shaoxing Municipal and Landscape Management and Reporting Center, and Wang Hui of Shanghai Urban Investment Corporation Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., visited the Xinggang Bridge Project site to conduct acceptance review on the highest quality level evaluation of China's municipal engineering. Wang Huai, Vice President and Secretariat of Jiangsu Municipal Engineering Association, Wang Mingjun, Director of Changzhou Municipal Engineering Management Center, Yu Weijun, Section Chief, Zhao Xisheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of Changzhou Municipal Engineering Group, Cao Weisong, General Manager, Li Zhongjun, Deputy General Manager, and Li Jianzhong, Deputy Chief Engineer. Relevant personnel from design units, supervision units, survey units, company chief engineer offices, engineering management centers, and project departments participated in this acceptance.

The expert group carefully listened to the report, carefully examined nearly a hundred technical materials, strictly compared technical assessment indicators, and inspected the project site for questions and answers. The expert group highly praised the project's adherence to the concept of excellence creation, the use of four new technologies, scientific and thorough planning, careful implementation, and active application of multiple independent innovative technologies during the construction process. The expert group believes that the project has achieved many achievements in construction innovation through the use of self-made gantry cranes, large areas of self compacting concrete, and walking type jacking construction, and has a good demonstration role. It is unanimously agreed that the project has passed the acceptance of the highest quality level evaluation of Chinese municipal engineering.

He said that the project is a livelihood project in Changzhou City, which combines with the culture of the dragon and is also the carrier of Changzhou culture. It not only completes the mission of the bridge, but also completes the inheritance of culture.
