Prefabricated and fabricated construction technology is a construction technology with a certain history and is still developing and improving. The use of prefabricated assembly for bridge construction has many advantages: 1. Standardized component types and dimensions are conducive to industrial manufacturing, and construction quality is easily guaranteed. 2. Centralized management and production in factories or prefabrication yards can utilize advanced technologies such as semi-automatic or automated, intelligent production, greatly saving labor, reducing labor intensity, and improving production efficiency. 3. Not easily affected by seasons and weather, it can accelerate the construction progress and shorten the construction period. 4. It can reduce material waste and energy consumption, and can save a large number of construction measures such as formwork and support material consumption. 5. The on-site construction is mainly mechanical construction, with less manpower input, which can reduce the impact of labor shortage. 6. The on-site construction speed is fast, the construction area is small, and the impact on ground traffic is small. 7. The amount of on-site reinforcement and concrete construction has been significantly reduced, which has correspondingly reduced the impact of dust, mud, noise, lighting, etc. on the surrounding environment. The use of prefabricated assembly for bridge construction has the following disadvantages: 1. High design requirements and standards. 2. The prefabrication factory has a large one-time investment. 3. The construction technology is difficult and requires high construction accuracy.

By comprehensive comparison, this technology has more advantages than disadvantages, and is a major development direction of bridge construction technology in the future. Professor Zhang Guoquan gave a very comprehensive and targeted introduction to the construction technology of prefabricated bridges. He gave a detailed explanation of the key construction technologies in each link, from the national macro policies, industry development direction, to the specific prefabrication, transportation, assembly, and connection of bridge components. Have both theoretical knowledge and specific cases; There are both text and a large number of pictures, as well as audio-visual materials. This lecture has a large amount of information and many knowledge points, and has brought many new theories, new viewpoints, new technologies, and new methods, greatly expanding the knowledge and vision of the engineering and technical personnel of the group company.
