In 2022, under the correct guidance of the leaders of the Group Company, the Fifth Branch led the staff of each project department to strengthen management, organize meticulously, and solidly promote the construction of various engineering projects. This year, 8 projects were awarded, with a total winning output value of 312.59 million yuan. The annual construction output value was about 16 million yuan, and the annual production plan was well completed. The summary is as follows:
1、 Strengthen construction safety management and build a strong safety defense line
The branch company shall establish and improve various safety management rules and regulations, clarify the rights and responsibilities of the project manager as the first responsible person for project safety management, strictly implement the safety production post responsibility system, safety production inspection system, and improve the assessment and reward and punishment system.
The branch company has not only conducted corresponding safety education and training for project department principals, full-time safety personnel, special operation personnel, management personnel at all levels, and personnel entering the site, but also timely organized targeted special learning, such as learning about safety production laws and regulations, surveying and setting out, and instrument operation training. The branch company carries out safety production activities, increases the efforts to eliminate hidden dangers, and achieves clear objectives and strong pertinence. For the deficiencies found in the inspection, the project department controls them from the following aspects: cause analysis, formulation of corrective measures, person in charge of rectification, rectification time, and identification of rectification effects, to ensure that the prevention of accidents occurs before they occur.
2、 Strengthen project quality management and improve quality level
The branch company attaches importance to project quality management, strengthens the quality awareness of all members of the project department, and implements the project quality responsibility system. The Project Department prepares a unit project quality objective plan, focusing on the three stages of pre, in-process, and post control. The project leader is fully responsible for safety, quality, engineering technology, and scientific organization of construction from commencement to completion. The branch company strictly implements quality acceptance standards and requirements, does a good job in preventing common quality problems, strictly controls the quality of each process, and the project department does a good job in supervising and inspecting the entire construction process, continuously improving project quality, and actively striving for high-quality projects. This year, the QC project "Research and Development of Large Diameter Pipe Jacking and Large Curvature Construction Method" of the first phase project (as shown in the figure) of the branch company Wunan No.2 Sewage Treatment Plant won the first prize of the province.
In the future work, the Fifth Branch will strengthen the management of on-site safety, quality, civilized construction, and other aspects, adopt advanced and scientific management concepts, further improve the construction management level, and make greater contributions to the development of the Group Company. |
