The winning projects of the branch company this year include: EPC Integrated Design, Procurement, and Construction of Centralized Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment Project (as shown in the figure), Changzhou Dongfang Qianyang Wastewater Comprehensive Treatment Co., Ltd. Technical Transformation Project, Changqing Road (Wucheng West Road to Xintang North Road) DN1600 Water Supply Displacement Project, Guanghua Bridge DN500 Pipe Reconstruction Main Line Project, etc., with a cumulative winning output value of about 408.28 million yuan, and the completion of the economic responsibility system index of about 8.9 million yuan. In addition, we are also looking to foreign markets and actively expanding projects in other regions.
The branch company has refined the project responsibility system based on the bidding price and economic responsibility system, standardized the scope of responsibilities and powers of the project management department, and focused on strengthening cost budgeting and process control. Based on the company's internal cost control, strengthen daily project management and establish a cost assessment and early warning mechanism.
The branch company continuously summarizes its past experience in engineering excellence creation, strengthens learning and communication, cultivates talents related to BIM management applications, QC activities, and improves excellence creation measures, laying a solid foundation for future excellence creation work. This year, the branch company passed the inspection of the Jiangbian Sewage Treatment Plant Phase IV Project, the Changzhou Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Upgrading and Reconstruction Project, as well as the China Green Technology Demonstration Award. It will spare no effort to strive for the provincial and even national excellence in the future.
The branch company fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of its employees, enables them to do their best, increases efforts to "recommend excellent employees for employment", and encourages young employees to "go global".
