In 2022, the branch company used the good foundation established in the past three years in the Zhonglou District to accurately calculate the bidding cost and price, and worked together with the company's engineering operation center to discuss the bidding strategy. In January of this year, it achieved a successful start, winning the bid for the first bid section of the renovation of the old residential area in the central urban area (Phase III), and the municipal projects of Tailai Road and Taicun Road in the town of Zou District. In September, focusing on a large number of old residential area renovation projects in Zhonglou District, the branch company successively won the bid for a number of municipal and district level key engineering projects such as the second bid section of the old residential area renovation (Phase IV) in the central urban area, the municipal landscape greening project of the old residential area renovation (Metallurgical New Village) in the central urban area, and the Xinchang Road sewage treatment project. With the strong support of the leaders of the group company and the engineering operation center, the branch company achieved an annual bid-winning output value of 162.3 million yuan.

In terms of project management, the branch company continuously improves the management awareness and entrepreneurial spirit of project managers, matches their responsibilities and powers, stimulates their maximum potential, and drives the project team to complete predetermined goals and tasks.

In May of this year, Changzhou Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development conducted a comprehensive inspection of all projects under construction and supervision in the city. During the inspection, the branch's Zou District Sewage Treatment Plant Reconstruction and Expansion Phase III Project won the first place in the city's comprehensive score, consolidating the status and reputation of Changzhou Municipal Group as a leading enterprise in the city, and making significant contributions to improving the group's credit score.

With the help and support of the leaders of the group company and various functional departments, the branch was awarded the honorary title of "2022 Changzhou Worker Pioneer".

The first phase of the new canal ecological corridor construction project undertaken by the branch company, Hebin East Road Project, was awarded the "Changzhou Municipal High Quality Demonstration Project" in 2022.

4、 Relying on project construction and based on talent cultivation, team construction has achieved remarkable results

According to the spiritual requirements of the seminar held at the beginning of the year, we have conducted a detailed review of the human resources situation of our branch companies, formulated targeted talent cultivation plans based on the characteristics and work needs of each employee, and comprehensively helped each employee grow rapidly through work such as bringing in new talents from the old and mentoring apprentices. In 2022, in the "Welcome the New Journey of the 20th National Congress" Changzhou City "Learning Talent" Challenge, Lin Jiaxi, a young employee of the branch company, passed the company selection and the heat competition of the final of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, and finally won the individual championship in the final of the city.
