On the morning of January 13th, the fourth and first shareholders' meetings of the sixth and seventh sessions of Changzhou Municipal Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Changzhou Municipal Engineering Group) were successfully held, with a total of 33 shareholders and 27 non voting representatives attending the meeting. The General Meeting of Shareholders heard the work reports of the sixth session of the Board of Directors and supervisors, and reviewed and adopted:
1. Work Report of the Board of Directors for the three-year period from 2020 to 2022;
2. Work Report of Supervisors for the Three Years from 2020 to 2022;
Shareholders' dividend plan for the year 2022;
Report on the internal equity transfer (transfer) of the company in 2022;
5. Amendment to the Articles of Association.
The 7th Board of Directors of the Group Company composed of 7 directors and 1 supervisor were elected at this meeting.
At the meeting, Chairman Ai Wei comprehensively summarized the achievements made in the past year, reviewed the achievements of the sixth board of directors in the past three years, proposed requirements and ideas for the work in 2023, and looked forward to the work vision of the seventh board of directors of Changzhou Municipal Group. There is still a long way to go to realize the lofty ideal of "a century old enterprise", but as long as there is a dream in mind, no difficulty can be overcome or defeated.
