The Yishan Road (Longye Road Zaojiang River West Bank) project is located in Sanjing Street, Xinbei District, Changzhou City. It starts from the west bank of the East Branch of the Bathing Port River in the west and ends at Longye Road in the east. The main construction content is a bridge, and auxiliary projects such as pipeline protection and relocation, street lighting, greening, and transportation facilities will be implemented simultaneously. To ensure the quality of the project, the project department has formulated a series of quality control measures before construction, mainly including quality assurance measures, sub project quality construction measures, quality common disease prevention measures, finished product protection measures, and other contents.
This project establishes a project leadership group led by the project manager, fully responsible for quality management work, establishing a quality management system, adhering to strict control, implementing disclosure and inspection systems, and ensuring that quality management work is always under control. To ensure the quality of the project, the project department prepares work instructions for key and difficult processes such as concrete pouring of cast-in-place piles, pier columns, and prefabrication of prestressed hollow slabs before construction.
The project department should do the following work in terms of controlling the appearance quality of cement concrete: set up a string tube or chute when the concrete cutting height exceeds 2m, pour and cut in layers, vibrate in layers, and prevent leakage of vibration; The formwork joints are tightly blocked, and the support of the formwork should be checked at any time during the pouring process to prevent grout leakage. Immediately cover the surface of the concrete after pouring and sprinkle water for curing in a timely manner; During concrete construction, it is strictly prohibited to mix cement of different brands and grades together. In terms of quality measures for pre control of errors, we check whether the size of the old concrete end is standard and make appropriate repairs to ensure smooth connection with the new template; Strengthen reinforcement measures, set necessary internal tie rods and rigid supports; Leave a template at the old concrete location and install it together with the new concrete template.
In terms of pre control measures for asphalt concrete surface cracks, the project department reasonably organizes construction, continuously carries out paving operations, reduces cold joints, and fully compacts joints. When rolling, the roller extends 15cm into the newly laid layer on the compacted banner, and moves 15-20cm towards the new layer every time it is pressed, until the roller is fully pressed onto the new layer. We strengthen the maintenance of the grassroots to avoid cracks.
In terms of finished product protection measures, the project department strengthens the education of construction personnel on finished product protection. Before the construction of each process, the construction personnel provide written technical disclosure on finished product protection to the operation team. We strictly follow the construction sequence and arrange each process uniformly. The construction personnel shall arrange the construction operation procedures for each team and type of work according to the comprehensive schedule. Handle handover procedures between each process, clarify whether the finished products of the previous process are damaged or lost, and keep records. We will strictly implement relevant quality control measures during the construction process to ensure the quality of the project construction. |
