The branch company focuses on implementing detailed safety and quality management, strengthening source control, and vigorously improving engineering quality. We take measures such as dynamic inspections and supervision spot checks to inspect the engineering materials on site. Each type of material has a product certificate and testing report, and under the joint witness of multiple personnel, we carry out material sampling, sealing, and inspection work. We adhere to the bottom line of first passing the testing before use, implement quality control responsibilities, and ensure that all raw materials used in the construction project are qualified products and meet the requirements of the construction project design specifications.
We strengthen the control of the construction process, continuously improve the quality awareness of operators, actively carry out the prevention and control of common quality problems, and strictly prevent the occurrence of common engineering quality problems such as "sinking, cracking, and leakage". Most of the business of Qinglong Base is the production and installation of steel structures, which requires that the welding, assembly, and other processes of steel structures strictly comply with construction specifications, and quality control testing of welds and other processes should be carried out according to requirements. Only after passing the inspection can the next process proceed.
