In order to strengthen the safety management ability of the engineering personnel of the group company and improve the safety production level of the enterprise, on the morning of March 7th, the safety education and training for the frontline production personnel of the company was held in the conference room on the 4th floor of Building 3. This training was organized by the Engineering Management Center, and a total of 115 people including safety directors, project managers, and engineering technical personnel from each branch participated in the training.
Firstly, Li Zhongjun, Deputy General Manager of the group company, mobilized safety training: safety production is the lifeline of enterprises. We hope that everyone can gain some experience in safety production management through this training, and continuously strengthen safety learning and improve safety management level in future work, thereby promoting the safety, health, and sustainable development of enterprises.
Next, Ding Zhifeng, the deputy safety supervisor, will provide safety training to everyone around the following three aspects: firstly, we need to face the severe safety production situation directly; 2、 Exploring what a person's lack of safety awareness is actually saying; 3、 Through the analysis and explanation of some accident cases, everyone can reflect on various safety accidents in the construction field, identify the dangerous factors in our work environment, and further enhance their safety management level and ability to prevent safety accidents.
Finally, the Chairman of the Group Company, Ai Weiwei, shared his understanding of safety production management work and put forward requirements for frontline personnel to do a good job in safety management work (as shown in the figure): Our understanding and understanding of the universe or the world is only 5%. From a macro perspective of safety, we need to form a safety culture form system. Specifically, in safety management work, we need to grasp the "three hands" of safety, Namely, visible and tangible hands - safety machinery and equipment, engineering facilities, etc.; invisible but tangible hands - safety regulations, systems, etc.; invisible and intangible hands - safety culture, customs, etc. We should have a reverence for safety, and if we realize our shortcomings, there is room for progress. We need to think and do, learn to bypass analogy, achieve unity of knowledge and action, and through everyone's joint efforts, we can truly improve the company's safety production level. |
