Only by establishing the safety concept of "everyone emphasizes safety and everyone is capable of emergency response" can the safety production responsibility system be implemented. Then, Ding Zhifeng, the deputy safety supervisor, explained and compared the cases of Confined space and road occupation construction to deepen the participants' understanding of the dangers of these two types of construction operations. Subsequently, in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Carrying out the" Safety Production Month "Activity for Construction in Changzhou City in 2023" (Changshujian [2023] No. 103), participants were organized to collectively watch the national "Top Ten Escape Exercise Science Popularization Videos".
Finally, the attending safety officers will communicate and speak in sequence, and each person will freely discuss their suggestions and insights on safety work.
