Safety management work is a long-term, meticulous, and practical task. After years of development, various construction operations in the construction industry have formed corresponding safety management systems and measures. In order to do a good job in safety work, we need to further improve the safety level by refining safety management and expanding management coverage.
This year, the maintenance branch proposed to further refine the safety requirements and work content for asphalt maintenance and repair construction sites, thoroughly implement safety protection for all on-site construction personnel throughout the entire process, eliminate management blind spots, and promptly identify and eliminate potential safety hazards that may lead to accidents. To this end, after the collective thinking of the members of the branch company, and based on the traditional safety measures for asphalt maintenance and maintenance, we have refined the on-site safety construction measures as follows:
1. Before entering the construction site every day, corresponding safety measures should be formulated based on the characteristics, traffic flow, peak hours, construction process precautions, mechanical operation, vehicle parking, and other aspects of the road maintenance, and safety technical disclosure should be provided to the construction team.
2. Conduct safety education and briefing before construction on the construction site on that day, with a focus on pointing out safety precautions and safety risk prevention and control points that need to be noted for the construction team, and keep records.
3. Priority should be given to using conical barrels to enclose the roads in the work area, and the placement of conical barrels should be dense. Before placing, construction personnel should carefully inspect the appearance of the conical drum, replace the conical drum with damaged or missing reflective film, and do not use it. When placing conical barrels, in addition to enclosing the work area, when the conditions are met at the work site, they should also be appropriately extended outwards by 20-30cm to reserve operating space for manual asphalt paving, while ensuring that it does not affect the normal passage of vehicles in the adjacent lane. Warning lights, warning signs, etc. should be placed according to the actual situation of the construction section and according to local conditions: for sections with high traffic volume and fast speed, they should be placed 30m-50m in advance; For sections with slow speeds and multiple bends, try to place them in front of the fork as much as possible; The asphalt maintenance of the auxiliary road is placed at the adjacent intersections at both ends. After all the enclosures are placed, the on-site management personnel must check and confirm.
4. Develop corresponding emergency plans for asphalt maintenance under different road conditions, which mainly include comprehensive analysis of possible accidents based on road conditions, methods of on-site emergency rescue after accidents, and personnel division. The main content of the emergency plan is also disclosed to each team before each operation.
5. During the entire construction process, arrange safety officers to inspect potential safety hazards, especially paying attention to whether there are situations where large vehicles cannot pass in the construction related areas, to avoid forcibly passing and creating safety hazards.
Through the refinement and deepening of the above safety measures, we have found in the actual management process that the safety management of construction sites has become more efficient, while the investigation and prevention of safety hazards are more targeted and operable, and more protective for operators, pedestrians, and vehicles. In the future, we will continuously refine our safety measures based on the actual situation, making our safety management work more detailed and in place, and actively preventing the occurrence of various safety accidents. |
