In order to further improve the correctness and scientificity of the engineering and technical personnel of the group company in preparing high-risk sub item project plans, and continuously optimize the practical ability and level of force calculation for high formwork and pipe jacking engineering, on the morning of July 31st, the group company successfully held a training activity on the practical operation of force calculation for high formwork support and pipe jacking engineering using the tea tasting software in the conference room on the 4th floor of Building 3. This training was organized by the General Engineering Office, with a total of 32 technical leaders and related technical personnel from each branch company participating.
This practical training specially invited Manager Liu Haiyang from the Technical Department of Pinming Software Technology Co., Ltd. to give an analysis and explanation. He mainly talked about two aspects: firstly, Manager Liu elaborated in detail on the nine major chapters involved in the high-risk sub projects and the key contents that need to be paid attention to in each chapter; In the second aspect, he demonstrated how to use the tea tasting software to calculate the stress of high formwork by using practical engineering construction cases, mainly including the stress calculation of formwork, small beams, main beams, top supports, upright poles, foundation, support stability, etc. He also demonstrated the stress calculation of the top pipe jack, relay room, rear backrest, pipeline axial force, grouting pressure, sinking well, etc. using the tea tasting software. Manager Liu's practical explanation was highly targeted, detailed, specific, and objective. It not only deepened everyone's knowledge in formulating plans, but also broadened their professional horizons in this area. It also strengthened the understanding of participants in the practical calculation process of high formwork and pipe jacking engineering, and achieved good training results. Everyone expressed that they had benefited greatly from this practical training.
